The Second Voyage - Friday 27th November
Following the success of our first Rum Master Class. The Clarendon Hotel, Liquor Mojo & The Newcastle Rum Club have teamed up again to bring you another evening of fine Caribbean rums paired with a degustation style dinner from The Courtyard Brasserie.
This voyage, Think Spirits will be presenting 7 rums plus a rum cocktail on arrival. Rum experts will taste each rum with you - explaining the history and flavours of these delicious drops. Every rum will also be matched to a tasty dish designed by head chef, Ben Outram.
