We love functions at The Clarendon Hotel and would love to host your event, so come celebrate your next occasion with us!

Function Areas Avaliable

We have three function spaces for your guests to enjoy. All food is catered by The Courtyard Brasserie at The Clarendon.


This all weather area is hired exclusively for the use of you and your guests for the entire evening. The awning can be opened up for easy access to the beer garden for guests that enjoy a bit of fresh air. Suitable for cocktail style or formal sit down events.

Hiring costs for Friday & Saturday night:

1/2 area (suitable for up to 50 guests) $200 + minimum spend of $1200 on food & beverages
Entire area (suitable for 50 - 120 guests) $300 + minimum spend of $2000 on food & beverages

For Sunday - Thursday bookings please contact the function co-ordinator for prices.


This stylish area, featuring casual lounge seating or booth style dining can comfortably seat up to 20 people for a more intimate sit down function. There is a hiring charge of $100 on Friday & Saturday nights with no minimum spend on food & beverages.


For a casual affair, sections of the beer garden can be reserved for your occasion. Food can be ordered from the function or restaurant menu and a bar tab arranged if you wish. There is no venue hire or minimum spend associated with this space. Please note that the area cannot be hired exclusively and is subject to the weather.
